 You can recover your account by simply requesting a Login link (pressing forget password button) directly from them. They will ask for the registered mobile number or email address and it will give you the login link from Instagram directly. Sometimes hackers quickly change the information by you. 

If that happens then follow the second step. 

2. Report about the hacking to Instagram directly.

If a hacker quickly changed your login details then quickly report it directly to Instagram on their official website.

On the website fill the form with your account details and select ‘My account was hacked and click request support.’

They will contact you on your registered contact details. They will verify your identity for an additional measure of security. 

The process will be:

• They will give you a security code directly from the site. 
• You have to take a selfie with holding the code.
• Also, they will ask you to show the original email address or phone number that you used for your account.
• After these steps, they will verify that you’re the owner of the account by comparing the photos.

3. Check your login Activity 

The last step is to check your login activity, this will show you who login into your account by doing this will help you to recognize suspicious login attempts on your account.
